Our Definition of Value

While our prices are reasonable, they are not the lowest around, and we are not a “value service provider”.  Our definition of value starts and ends with Quality.  Quality takes time.  For example, extra time is required to evaluate each piece prior to sharpening, locate possible defects (e.g., bent or nicked blade), estimate material hardness to establish most appropriate sharpening angle, etc, etc.  This level of attention assures that the result is a stunningly sharp edge, which cuts smoother and lasts longer.
